Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins upon publication of the official Instagram post and ends on August 30, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time (PT) (“Giveaway Period”). Entries received after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

Eligibility

The giveaway is open to legal residents of California who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Elston’s Hay & Grain and their immediate family or household members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter

During the Giveaway Period:

1. Follow @ElstonHayAndGrain on Instagram.
2. Comment “HOWDY” on the official giveaway post.

Participants are encouraged to tag friends in the comments; however, tagged individuals must enter separately to be eligible to win. No purchase is necessary to enter.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $100 Elston’s Hay & Grain Gift Card.

The prize is non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law, and is subject to any applicable gift card terms.

Winner Selection and Notification

One eligible winner will be selected at random from all qualified entries.

The winner will be notified via Instagram by September 1, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time (PT). The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification. If the selected winner does not respond within that timeframe or is determined to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to:

• Comply with these Official Terms & Conditions.
• Allow Elston’s Hay & Grain to use their name, Instagram username, and likeness for promotional purposes related to this giveaway without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
• Release and hold harmless Elston’s Hay & Grain, Instagram, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and representatives from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion.

Privacy

Information provided by participants will be used solely for administering this giveaway and will not be sold or shared except as necessary to conduct the promotion or as required by law.
