Looking to add a little rustic charm or cozy comfort to your event? Our burlap bag rentals (sometimes called burlap sacks) are a simple way to elevate weddings, backyard gatherings, western-themed parties, fall festivals, and more.
Perfect for covering 3-twine straw bale seating, dressing up event spaces, decorating tables, or creating a more polished rustic look, our burlap sacks help bring everything together while adding comfort and style for guests.
Burlap bag rentals are $5 each. Prefer to buy instead? We sell them, too.
Need the full setup? We also rent 3-twine straw bales for seating, décor, photo setups, and displays. Straw bale rentals are $12 per bale with delivery (subject to standard delivery requirements) or $10 per bale when picked up.
Need flame retardant straw bales? Flame retardancy is available as an optional add-on for venues, productions, and events that require flame resistant materials. Please note that this option applies to straw bales only; our burlap bags are not currently available with flame resistance. Costs on flame retardant bales are $32 per bale with delivery or $30 per bale when picked up. Give us a call to discuss your event requirements, availability, and pricing.
Here’s how straw bale rentals work: Bales are charged at full retail price upfront, and we’ll refund the difference between the retail price and rental cost once the bales are returned in good condition.
Please note: Any bales that become wet, have loose or missing twine, or show damage will be charged at full retail price with no refund. Delivery is made to a single location, and bales must be returned to the same spot for pickup.
