We rent 3-twine straw bales for seating, décor, displays, photo setups, and more. Rentals are $10 per bale with delivery (subject to standard delivery requirements) or $8 per bale when picked up.
Want to elevate the look a bit? We also offer burlap bag rentals for $4 each, which is a simple way to turn straw bale seating into a more comfortable setup for weddings, parties, and events.
Here’s how rentals work: Bales are charged at full retail price upfront, and we’ll refund the difference between the retail price and rental cost once the bales are returned in good condition.
Please Note: Any bales that become wet, have loose or missing twine, or show damage will be charged at full retail price with no refund. Delivery is made to a single location, and bales must be returned to the same spot for pickup.
